Aaaaarrgghh!

This is bad. My shins are REALLY hurting today, and my legs are tingly a lot too. I knew I’d pushed it yesterday, but felt alright last night. I’ve had shin splints years ago when doing a bit of running and sometimes with footy, but not like this.

The muscles around my shin bone seem to be stressed, with sharp pains now and again occurring. Hope it recovers soon, otherwise I’m going to regret the long run yesterday. Wondering if the new trainers were right for me after all.
