Push it good

Let’s see what this 2008 Andy in his high-tech gear can do! Decided to push it hard and push it fast to see how much I’m capable of right now. Three miles on concrete, up some steep but short slopes at a 10:16 pace. Set off quite fast, feeling good, tiring towards the end, but pleased to run the furthest I’ve run in years. Maybe this training lark won’t be as hard as I thought.

Condition Before: Ok

Condition After: Very tight afterwards, but after a bath and stretching I actually feel ok.
