Ok, so it was hardly the injury of the century, but it was big enough for me to be really concerned. I’ve had anothe run since on the treadmill with the Nikes and things have been good. Slow and short, but doing everything they recommend (Ice, Ibuprofen, exercise, rest.) I’m now determined to beat this common runner injury.
