I’m even further committed now. I thought I’d tell everyone at work so they’d know why I may be hobbling around in the mornings soon, and to let them know about my chosen charity (Dreams Come True).

My quads are hurting a fair bit today after yesterday’s run, probably due to the last hill. That’s the trouble with having run on a flat, spongy football pitch for years; not much variety and some muscles obviously don’t get used as much.
